i'm home for the week and its completely unproductive and perfectly wonderful.

home has got me loving the following:

this hair. i want it. give it to me. i'm getting a haircut when i get back to nashville asap.

i just love clémence poésy. flawless, flawless, flawless. i always online-stalk her obsessively, i confess. but particularly when i have spare time, aka this week. 

my new (clearance) lace dress. cue the hallelujah chorus, i've found my lace.

guess what i'll be getting in the mail any day now? this lovely little necklace that i WON yesterday in a giveaway over at (never home)maker. i never ever ever win anything ever so i'm beyond overjoyed to have won this gorgeous little treasure. everyone should go check out ashley's blog. lovely vegetarian recipe ideas and even some yoga!

if there's one shallow goal i have for the summer, its to become a headscarf wearer. 

that may seem stupid, but when you have an unusual hairline, hair accessories are no easy feat.

my theory has become: if you can wear it, you can pull it off.

so now i just need to find one good enough to wear.
